Natural Wood Disclaimer
Wood is a living, breathing material that responds to changes in humidity, warmth, cold and moisture. As a result:
- Small cracks may develop over time, particularly around the edges.
- These changes are a normal part of how natural timber behaves.
Our Quality Promise
- We do not send out boards with cracks.
- If your slices arrive with any significant cracks, please let us know within one week of receiving your order and we will happily arrange a replacement.
Ongoing Care
Because we cannot control how the slices are used (wet, dry, hot, cold, stored outdoors, used in water play, etc.), we cannot replace boards that develop cracks after they have been used or stored.
