1 x Tasmanian Tiger (Thylacine – Female)

The absolute extinction is attributed to competition from indigenous humans and invasive dingoes. Measures 11.6 x 4.8cm.
1 x Tasmanian Devil

1 x Wombat
Fun Facts: One distinctive adaptation of wombats are their backwards pouch.
The advantage of a backwards-facing pouch is that when digging, the wombat does not gather soil in its pouch over its young. Measures 6 x 3.6cm.
1 x Koala
Fun Facts: The Koala is a tree dwelling, plant eating marsupial (with a pouch for raising their young) native to Australia. Its closest living relatives are the wombats. The Koala’s paws are specially adapted for gripping and climbing. Very correctly, on the CollectA model there is no claw on the biggest digit on the hind paw, which is opposable to the others for gripping. Also, nicely carved out with this CollectA figurine and one of the easiest ways to identify the sex of a Koala is to look for the dark brown scent gland which is in the centre of the white chests of mature, breeding males. Females and young pre-breeding males have a plain white chest. Measures 6 x 6cm.
1 x Red Kangaroo (Female with Joey)
Fun Facts: The females’ kangaroo have the unusual ability to delay birth of their baby until their previous Joey has left the pouch. Measures 12 x 9.3cm.
1 x Frilled Neck Lizard
Fun Facts: The frill-necked lizard is an arboreal lizard, meaning it spends most of its time in the trees. Measures 12.3 x 7.5cm.
